All information we obtain from you will remain confidential at MerrieLynn’s. We don't share any personal information you give us and we don't sell, rent or share your email address or other information with anyone.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Pecan products are generally not returnable, however, MerrieLynn’s is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will replace the product in question at no charge or issue you a refund for that product.

Shipping & Handling

For optimum freshness at a reasonable cost, MerrieLynn’s ships US Priority Mail (usually a 2 to 3 day delivery) through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that while Priority Mail is usually delivered in 2 to 3 days, it is not a guaranteed delivery date. If you need your package delivered by a guaranteed date, please let us know and we can ship Express Mail (overnight) but additional shipping charges will apply.  If you require shipping via UPS, we can accommodate your request. Please give us a call.

During the hot summer months, we ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays if we determine that your order can be received by Saturday.  If not, we will ship the following Monday.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday may be shipped at the beginning of the next week. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please check with us regarding shipments to Hawaii or Alaska or for next day delivery. Please call 704-690-0715 or email us at

We recommend shipping to a business address so your package does not sit outside for an extended period of time. During the warm summer months, we may, at our discretion, include a cold gel pak with your order to keep the contents of the shipping box cool.  At this time, there is no extra charge for this service but its use is at our discretion.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)

What is the best way to store pecans?
The best way to store pecans is in an airtight container. MerrieLynn’s does not add preservatives, so keep pecans cool & dry, using extra care in the summer to keep them away from sun, heat or humidity. For the best flavor and quality, we suggest that you eat pecans within 2 - 3 weeks. If held longer than that, store in the freezer in an airtight container.

What type of payment can I use? You may use Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover on our online Shopping Cart. Credit card transactions are handled by PayPal but you do not need to have a PayPal account.  You can choose to proceed through checkout without opening a PayPal account.  Your credit card information will be safe and secure.  MerrieLynn's will not have access to your personal information. That part of your order is handled by and through PayPal, the world's largest credit card processing company. 

We also can accept your company or personal check or money order but the check or money order must clear our bank before we can ship your order.

How can I place an order? We accept orders online through our shopping cart
accessible from this website. Credit card processing is provided through PayPal, however, you do not need a PayPal account.

Greene Street, Wadesboro, NC 28170. If ordering by email, please send us your name, address, phone number(s), email address, shipping address, items and quantities. We'll get back to you with the exact total including any tax and shipping so that you can send in your payment.

Can I pickup my order?  Yes.  If you'd like to pickup your order, please let us know what you'd like to order by using our
Order form (on the Contact Us page) and we'll get back to you to confirm your order. Or call us at 704-690-0715.

Will I be charged sales tax? All North Carolina residents are subject to a 7.75% sales tax. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes, we use USPS Priority Mail which can be delivered to a PO Box.

How soon will my order ship? At MerrieLynn’s Nuts & Sweets, your order is made fresh. During non-holiday times, we normally ship within 2 business days. (During the Christmas holidays, it may take a few days for your order to ship.) In summer because of the heat, we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (if we can determine that your order will be received by Saturday). We do not want your order to sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend waiting for delivery.  Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday may ship out on the next Monday or Tuesday.

What if my order is damaged in shipment? In the event any product is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately via email at
